All Sales Are Final
All items purchased from NONCHALANT LIVIN LDN are considered final sale unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds for:

Incorrect sizing

Delayed delivery caused by couriers

Minor variations in garment appearance, colour, or fit
Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
While refunds are not offered, we may provide an exchange for an alternative size of the same item, subject to availability.
Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date stated on your order confirmation.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging included.

Items must be free from stains, odours, marks, pet hair, washing damage, or signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions and return the item back to the customer.
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size and cannot be guaranteed due to limited stock availability.
Size Guide Responsibility
We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order.
NONCHALANT LIVIN LDN is not responsible for incorrect size selection, and refunds will not be issued for sizing-related issues.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear images of the issue

Images of the packaging where applicable
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution where eligible.
Pre-Order Items
Our pre-order pieces are handmade to order and typically require 2–4 weeks for production and dispatch.
As these items are custom-made:

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.

Pre-order items are non-refundable.

Cancellation requests made before dispatch may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the issue date and cannot be extended.

Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
