Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, launches, or high order volumes, dispatch times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
UK Shipping Options

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and external factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently offer worldwide shipping.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local customs authority.
Pre-Order Items
Our pre-order pieces are handmade to order and typically require 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch.
Please note:

Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Pre-order items are non-refundable.

If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, store credit may be issued for the order value.

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.

Shipping and delivery estimates for pre-order items will be provided closer to the release date.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your order may be dispatched once all items are available unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Issues
Once an order has been dispatched, NONCHALANT LIVIN LDN is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
NONCHALANT LIVIN LDN is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels marked as successfully delivered by the courier.
In the unlikely event your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting images.
Shipping Address

We are unable to make changes to shipping addresses once an order has been dispatched.
