  • Wash with similar colours
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Air dry only
  • Iron on low heat, inside out
  • Do not iron directly on print
  • Do not dry clean

Wash similar colours together, no ironing on print, wash and iron inside out.

PRE-ORDERS

Our pre-ordered items are handmade to order and typically require 2–4 weeks for production. As these items are custom-made:

  • Once an order is placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.
  • Pre-ordered items are non-refundable, but store credit may be provided.
  • If you wish to cancel before dispatch, a store credit will be issued for the order value.
  • Store credit is valid for six months and cannot be extended in the event of a return.

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final unless the item is faulty.

We do not offer refunds once your purchase is complete, but we are happy to assist with an exchange.

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date as stated on your order confirmation.
  • Items must be in their original condition, including tags and packaging, with no signs of stains, odors, or damage.
  • Damaged items may be rejected and returned to the customer.
  • Exchanges are only available for a different size.
